Cancellation Policy

Please know that we value both your time and our team’s time. We understand that sometimes schedules change, and emergencies happen, and therefore we request a 48-hour notice when canceling or rescheduling your reservation. We are conveniently available via text, phone call, or email, and we ask you to communicate with us if you are running late. Be aware more than 15 minutes late is considered a no-show/late cancelation.

Our late no-show/late cancelation fee is 50% of the service reservation amount. Our team is committed to serving clients, and when a no-show/late cancelation happens, and policy is not followed, we cannot serve others because the time is reserved specifically for you.
